On the morning of Jan. 14, 2020, defendant was traveling east on Ben Sawyer Boulevard while plaintiff was traveling in the opposite lane. While traveling on the bridge, defendant repeatedly crossed the center line into the opposite lane of travel, ultimately striking Plaintiff’s vehicle head-on, resulting in significant, permanent and life-altering injuries.
